Reflexology is a complementary holistic treatment that uses targeted pressure on specific reflex points of the feet. It is intended to encourage relaxation, ease the feeling of tension and support your overall sense of well-being.
It can also be a wonderful choice if you don’t have one specific complaint but would simply like to slow down, recharge and take better care of yourself.
Your First Reflexology Session Is More Than a Treatment
Your first appointment begins with a detailed consultation and reflexology assessment.
We talk about your current symptoms, concerns, lifestyle and what you would most like help with. This is followed by a personalized reflexology treatment based on your individual needs and comfort.
After your first session, you will also receive a written personal assessment with my observations and recommendations.
This gives you a clear summary of what we discussed, my observations during the session and practical guidance on how you can support your well-being between treatments.
Your first appointment takes approximately 60–90 minutes.
Follow-up reflexology treatments are approximately 60 minutes.
Depending on your individual needs and goals, a course of treatments may be recommended for ongoing support.
A Personalized Approach to Reflexology
No two people arrive with exactly the same symptoms, lifestyle or circumstances, so I don’t believe every reflexology treatment should look exactly the same either.
Your sessions are adapted to you, your current needs and how you feel over time.
If you would benefit from a broader combination of holistic methods, we can also discuss Personalized Holistic Treatment, which may incorporate methods such as acupressure, moxa therapy, ear acupressure, massage, breathing techniques or stress management support.
Not Sure If Reflexology Is Right for You?
You don’t need to decide on your own.
You are welcome to book a Free 20-Minute Consultation before making an appointment.
Tell me what you are experiencing, what you would like help with and ask any questions you may have about reflexology. We can then discuss whether reflexology or another approach may be more suitable for your needs.
The free consultation is available by phone or online, so you do not need to be in Budapest to talk to me.

When Reflexology May Not Be Suitable
Reflexology is generally a gentle treatment, but there are situations when it may need to be postponed, adapted or avoided altogether.
Please let me know before booking if any of the following applies to you:
- fever, acute infection or contagious illness
- acute inflammation or a severe flare-up of an existing condition
- thrombosis, suspected thrombosis or a history of serious blood-clotting problems
- recent surgery, serious injury or fracture
- open wounds, infections, severe inflammation or contagious skin conditions affecting the feet
- severe circulatory or cardiovascular conditions
- uncontrolled high blood pressure
- active cancer treatment
- high-risk pregnancy or complications during pregnancy
- any serious or unstable medical condition
Pregnancy itself does not automatically exclude reflexology, but please let me know in advance if you are pregnant so we can discuss whether treatment is appropriate for you and adapt it where necessary.
If you have a medical condition, take regular medication or are unsure whether reflexology is suitable for you, please contact me before booking. In some cases, I may ask you to consult your doctor or treating healthcare professional first.
Your safety always comes first.
Reflexology is a complementary treatment and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or necessary medical care.
