Stress-Relief & Relaxation Massage gives you time to slow down, release physical tension and step away from everyday demands for a while.
It may be a great choice if you:
- feel stressed, overloaded or mentally exhausted
- find it difficult to switch off and relax
- carry tension in your neck, shoulders, back or lower back
- spend long hours sitting or standing
- work irregular hours or night shifts
- feel physically tired or depleted
- simply need some quiet time for yourself
A Full-Body Massage Designed for Deep Relaxation
This is a gentle, slow and rhythmic full-body massage that includes the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, lower back, legs and feet.
The treatment is adapted to how you feel on the day. The pressure, rhythm and areas of focus can all be adjusted according to your comfort and where your body is holding the most tension.
Massage can be performed using 100% pure natural aromatic oils or, if you prefer, over thin clothing.
There is no pressure to talk or do anything.
This is your time to switch off, rest and simply be.
Body and Mind Often Need to Relax Together
Physical tension and mental stress often reinforce each other.
Slow, gentle massage can help relax tense muscles, encourage a calmer breathing rhythm and create the conditions for your whole system to settle.
For some people, one massage is simply a much-needed break. For others, regular treatments become part of taking better care of themselves during demanding or stressful periods.
If stress has been affecting you for a longer time and you would also like practical tools for managing it in everyday life, massage can be combined with Stress Management Coaching.
